Lead Pastor – Bailey Barkley

Bailey, 32, is the husband of Randa and the father of Dayton (6 yrs), Ella (4 yrs), and Hudson (2 yrs). He loves hanging out in coffee shops, playing and watching sports, having fun with his family, talking theology, and being a pastor. Bailey grew up in a small West Texas town (Gruver) and received a degree in Psychology at Texas Tech University in 2000, and a Master of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary in 2004.

Worship Leader -Klint Bratcher 

Klint Bratcher joined our staff in August of 2009 as our music leader.  Klint grew up in Artesia, NM and came to Abilene to attend Hardin-Simmons in the fall of 2004.  He graduated in December 2008 with a degree in Church Ministry.  Klint met his wife Lauren, literally on stage at the Journey in its beginning days at Wylie Elementary School and they married in December of 2008 just a week after he graduated.  Klint loves to spend time with his  wife, watch football, play the guitar, write songs, watch movies, and travel.

Children's Director- Lauren Bratcher

Lauren Bratcher jumped on board in August of 2009 as our Children's Director.  Lauren grew up all over Texas and came to Abilene to attend McMurry University in the fall of 2005.  She graduated in May 2008 with a degree in Psychology.  Lauren is the Worship Leader, Klint's better half.  Lauren loves to spend time with Klint, love on little kids, praise Jesus with song, play the piano, and watch Grey's Anatomy.
